"Today I talked at length with Brianda Vargas about bundling homeowners' and auto insurance with State Farm. A friend had recommended this particular agency. Brianda was great--super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, engaged, focused and efficient. She fixed some glitches in the quotes and sent me emails with the info while I was still on the line. She was also able to show both my name and my husband's name on the proposed policies, something our other insurance company is unwilling/unable to do. I like having my existence acknowledged, so I am very pleased with State Farm's efforts on our behalf. Brianda has been with Emily Rivera's State Farm agency for 11 years, and, to me, that speaks volumes about the integrity and continuity of the agency."

"Your service is not what it used to be. I have been calling to make a claim this morning but all I get are recordings. I pay good money for service and I expect to be able to get that service when I need it. I have been a customer for many years."

"I initially called to obtain a quote. I was concerned that my rate went up without notice and I had no idea why. I talked to a woman (It started with a T I think) who listened to my concerns and explained that rates in NM are going up across the board. We spoke at length about my current coverage. I admit this isn’t my world and honestly had no idea what I needed and didn’t need. I always relied on the person on the other end of the line to do what’s best for me. I finally explained what I actually needed and a quote was given. The quote/coverage was explained in detail. While State Farm is slightly more expensive, due to the nature of the customer service received, I am not a client. You are not just a number here. Time was taken to explain things and have my questions answered which has never happened in the 20+ years with my previous insurance carrier. I truly appreciate the time you took with me as I know my questions had to have been exhausting. Thank you!"

"If you want to be ignored for weeks, and have your card charged without your permission or have your rate changed from a car you just bought from $108 paid for a couple months to change to $297 two months later and they tell you you'll get a call back once they find out "what's going on" but never call you back and your plan cancels and you call numerous times and told that person "Just stepped out" or is "Out of the office" just to be told each time that you'll get a call back and that call never comes ever. Something is up and instead of being accountable for their mistakes they just ignore my calls but have the audacity to text me like cowards acting as if everything is fine when Ive needed help about my account because I need insurance. They can care less that I have kids and being a delivery driver is my job to support them and I want to be in an insured vehicle. God will get vengeance, you do not attack His anointed. I also have proof of this and can give to anyone who asks. Good thing I record every phone call and keep records of everything 🙃. I'm very meticulous about that. I have a big social media platform and will be warning people about this place. I am an activist and believe in Justice."
